Product & Purchase Information.



All purchases will be posted through Australia post. Including processing time, please allow 7 - 10 days. If you require your purchase for a specific date, don't hesitate to contact via email to arrange express delivery. 

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you are welcome to exchange it. Just email and post your purchase back within 14 days of delivery. 

We do not accept returns. If items are faulty please make contact within 7 days of delivery and post your purchase back. A new piece will be sent in replacement. 

Product Care

Resin and wood are strong materials however avoid dropping on knocking your purchases against hard surfaces. 

Avoid storing pieces in direct sunlight or high temperature as they may discolour over time. 

If pieces need to be cleaned, wipe down with a soft damp cloth. A natural oil or moisturizer can be applied to resin or wood if surface appears to have lost it's sheen.

Silver wire findings can be polished with a soft jewellery cloth. 


All products are one of a kind and so a piece is damaged or broken, don't hesitate to contact us to arrange a replacement of repair. Similarly, if an earring is lost, a replacement will need to be matched to the original and so any repairs or replacement pieces will need to be sent back to the studio,
